Wud Records: March 2017 top ten tracks published at SoundCloud

The top ten tracks for March 2017 from Wud Records have been published in a new playlist at SoundCloud. Tracks have been arranged from one to ten according to their popularity and take into account plays, likes, downloads and reposts at SoundCloud and Bandcamp.

Tracks that are only published at Bandcamp will be omitted from the SoundCloud playlist. Archive tracks will also be ignored. Only you, the listener, can influence our April 2017 playlist, so if there is a track you particularly like, keep playing it!

We’d like to thank everybody who helped to make March 2017 a massively record-breaking month for us by listening, commenting and reposting our bands’ tracks. We are truly amazed at what a fantastic month we’ve just had, smashing the previous record set in July 2016 by over 43%!

Congratulations to Dark Company who have dominated this month’s chart by having the top three tracks. Their song Killer was our new number one. It is the first time that Killer has been a number one track for us. It replaces Medicines, which drops to number three, just below Last Train to Heaven, the closing track on the band’s 1993 Rage in Heaven album.

Also appearing in this month’s chart are Flicker, The Subterraineans, Wud and Rough Terrain. Well done to all!

At Bandcamp we enjoyed an exceptionally busy month. Our newest release, Ten Years Later by The Bastard Sons of Dennis had the most individual track downloads, but was not played the most. Wanted to Be a Singer from Pok‘s Anthology album held its position as our most played Bandcamp track in March 2017. Cherry Smoke Empire by The Bastard Sons of Dennis was also the most downloaded album in March. Big thanks to everyone who supported us by downloading our music. :)
