More rehearsals have been done by The Bastard Sons of Dennis and more material has been added to their set which is beginning to sound rather good. They hope to perform live before the end of May.

Dark Company: three songs to Bad Habits
Two more songs have been added to Dark Company’s Bad Habits collection. They are One Heart, a gothic definition of life, and More or Less, which is a punk/pop/rock promise to be nice… Also, a slightly mellower remix of A Pocket Full of Rye has been uploaded, replacing the previous rather deafening version. Enjoy!
The Subterraineans: archive material uploaded
Dredged from out of the archives there is some new material by The Subterraineans to enjoy at Wud Records. This collection, live from a rehearsal in November 1986, is somewhat rough and rugged, and occasional yelled directions can be heard from George to the other musicians. Not exactly great quality, but interesting and fun to hear nevertheless.
The Bastard Sons of Dennis: back from the dead!
This evening Andy and George, otherwise known as The Bastard Sons of Dennis, have been rehearsing a few Blue Oyster Cult covers and plan to play at some of the open mic nights around the area. More news on this to come soon.
Wud Records and Explicit Music: site tweaks
Various works have been going on behind the scenes both here at Wud Records and at Explicit Music. The shop is largely built and just needs some shelves, a broom and a till. A couple of minor design changes to the menus have also been implemented. More Dark Company song information has been added to the Explicit Music site, along with a few design changes.
Today the forums had their first ban on the grounds of spamming. We have now erected a large concrete haddock (in bright beige) which will consume any further spam with glee and relish. So there.
Dark Company: A Pocket Full of Rye and Pick It Up
Two new Dark Company songs have been added to the Bad Habits collection. A Pocket Full of Rye is a short acoustic pondering of bizarrity and Pick It Up is a reggae number that’s got enough funk to give you a nosebleed.
There is a also a remix of Way to Go, and Days Like These has been removed for further fiddlings.
