These seven original songs are the only surviving recordings of the first incarnation of The Ug Brothers from 1986. Hearing this again more than 20 years later it seems a shame that there was an eight year gap in between the first and the second manifestations of the mighty trio.

This recording of The Ug Brothers was made at 31 Cowick Lane, Exeter on 20th November 1986. The tape ran out before the end of Same Old Road Again, so we will never know if it ended on the right beat and chord, or not.
