Alien Heat’s Red Rug Demo from 1990 is now for sale over at Bandcamp. This album was beautifully crafted by Jake Klosin on the desk and salvaged from a cheesy old cassette and repaired using the Wud Records machinery. There is plenty of information about this album as well as all the lyrics over at Explicit Music. We have launched the remastered Exit Stage Deaf album, which is a compilation of the two demos that Rough Terrain made.

The first from 1987 was made largely at Howell Road, Exeter with the drums being recorded in what was then The Riverside Club.

The second was recorded at Daylight Recording Studios, Honiton in the summer of 1988.

Exit Stage Deaf was the name of the band’s tour that was printed on their posters.
